Usability

How it Works

During a Usability Study we will work with your team to identify what features and processes of your product users interact with and identify the purpose and ideal way in which users are designed to interact with them. Based on those learnings, our research team will create a series of tasks that encompass the most critical aspects of user interaction.

We recruit teachers, administrators, students, or parents that meet your specific target audience and conduct a task analysis to identify specific aspects of the user experience that are unintuitive or frustrating for users and aren’t being used or completed as intended.

We combine this quantitative data with user interviews to better understand the mindset and experiences of people interacting with your product. We then synthesize these findings and present them in the form of a final report.
