How it Works

During Product Validation, we’ll first work with you to learn more about your product and target users. We’ll craft interview questions together that are tailored to your product and to the feedback you need from target users. We will then recruit target users for your product from our School Research Network and conduct either user interviews or focus groups. After that, we analyze this qualitative data and present it in a final report to give you insight into user sentiment.

Guiding Research Questions

  • To what extent is the tool needed, and how would it add value? 

  • Can users see themselves ever using the product? 

  • How do users believe the product compares to other similar products? 

  • What might keep people from using this product?

  • What is the willingness to pay for this product?

  • Sample Size - 1 focus group / ≤ 7 participants
